If it were not bad enough that my friends are having a hard time paying through college before the recession, it's even worse now after the recession and the CSU and UC administrators don't seem to give a rats ass.
Quit trying to fatten your wallets, UC Admins, and help your students out!
UC Regents suck big, hairy, sweaty balls.
